1. General

  1. 1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through TransferPoint, whether online, by phone, or via any affiliated platform.
  2. 1.2 By making a booking, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  3. 1.3 TransferPoint reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Services

  1. 2.1 TransferPoint provides pre-booked taxi and private transfer services.
  2. 2.2 All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  3. 2.3 We strive to offer accurate pickup times, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Booking Requirements

  1. 3.1 All bookings must include accurate passenger details, pickup/drop-off locations, dates, times, and any special requirements.
  2. 3.2 The customer is responsible for verifying booking information before confirmation.
  3. 3.3 Bookings are considered confirmed only after you receive approval via email or SMS.

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. 4.1 Prices are displayed in [insert currency] and include all taxes unless otherwise stated.
  2. 4.2 Payments can be made via [e.g., credit/debit card, cash, online payment system].
  3. 4.3 TransferPoint reserves the right to adjust prices in case of route changes, additional stops, or waiting time.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. 5.1 Cancellations made:
      Free cancellation within 12 hours before pickup time
      50% refund if cancelled 6-12 hours before pickup.
      No refund if cancelled within 6 hours of pickup.
  2. 5.2 No-show by the customer without notice will be charged at full price.
  3. 5.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [5–10 business days].

6. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

  1. 6.1 Standard waiting time:
      Airports: [e.g., 45 minutes after landing]
      Other pickups: [e.g., 15 minutes after scheduled time]
  2. 6.2 Extra waiting time may be charged per minute.
  3. 6.3 Additional charges may apply for extra luggage, child seats, tolls, or changes to the scheduled route.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

  1. 7.1 Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
  2. 7.2 Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
  3. 7.3 Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will result in repair charges.

8. Driver Rights & Safety

  1. 8.1 Drivers may refuse transport if a passenger behaves aggressively, is intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.
  2. 8.2 In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Liability

  1. 9.1 TransferPoint is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures).
  2. 9.2 We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments resulting from such delays.
  3. 9.3 Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the cost of the booking.

10. Lost Property

  1. 10.1 Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
  2. 10.2 Any lost items found in vehicles will be handled according to local regulations and can be retrieved upon identification.

11. Privacy Policy

  1. 11.1 TransferPoint collects only necessary personal data for booking and service fulfillment.
  2. 11.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete your booking or by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Southampton, UK.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Southampton, UK.
